Marisols hair, Help!!!

Ok, When I got Marisol, her hair was in pigtails like they were suppossed to be. But they were really messy. I dont know why, but they were. Is it ok to brush her hair? I wasnt sure because I was afraid her curls might get really messed up even more. If I brush them will her hair loook really bad?

I have been brushing Sam's curls for close to 20 years now and they are still there. As long as you use a wig brush the hair will be just fine. I brush all my girls hair and it always looks better when I am done.

Mist her hair with water first, it helps keep the hair from snagging in the brush. Just start at the ends, and gently brush out a section of hair at a time.

Also, after you brush them, smooth them out with your hands to make the flyaways to stick to the rest of the hair.

I always mist it alittle, and then put back in the curls.I love Marisol's hair.It is so pretty!

After having my Marisol for almost a year, I am sad to say that she had lost a lot of her curl. I am an adult collector, and I don't style her hair very often, and it is definitely flatter than when she came. [img]frown.gif[/img]

As I've posted before, some of my Marisol's hair falls out each time I brush it and it gets tangled really easily. I'm an adult collector too, so I really think I'm as gentle as possible. I am just not happy with Marisol's wig quality. My Felicity that I've had for 14 years has much better hair!
